Moment comatose Saudi Prince manages to lift his hand to woman's voice after 15 years in a coma following car crash

A Saudi prince who has been in a coma for more than a decade has managed to move his hand .

Prince Al-Waleed has been in a coma since 2005 when he suffered a brain haemorrhage after getting into a car crash while studying at a military college . 

The young royal has been on a ventilator since the accident 15 years ago .

The prince's father ,who is the brother of billionaire business tycoon Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, has never given up hope of his son one day making a full recovery .

Prince Khalid was among the members of the Saudi royal family detained for 11 months for criticising a crackdown on the kingdom's elite .
